Tinto aragonés is the traditional name for Tinta Fina or Tempranillo. The grape harvest in Ribera del Duero, year after year, led to full-bodied, potent and delicate wines.
Also, vine-growers picked albillo grapes, which used to turn into amazing claretes (rosé wines), and, depending on the vintage, the wine colour turned into violet, receiving the name of Ojo de Gallo.
The wine making process has been passed on from generation to generation, and our current wines reflect that tradition. As a result, we have high quality red and rosé wines crafted in the traditional way, made with natural grapes like Tempranillo and Albillo from our region, just as our grandparents did.
